TCAT Northwest SkillsUSA members, Deundre Smith and Dyver Nicks attended SkillsUSA Day on the Hill in Nashville yesterday. They were able to meet with Senator Ed Jackson, Representative Rusty Grills, and Coach Bruce Pearl.

TCAT Northwest faculty, staff, and students are promoting technical education at the 2026 Possibilities to Pathways (P2P) event! P2P is an interactive, hands‑on career exploration experience designed for 8th‑grade students from public, private, and homeschool settings.

Throughout the event, students were free to explore a wide variety of career pathways. Our team is bringing these pathways to life—sharing knowledge, demonstrating skills, and inspiring the next generation of learners and leaders.

We’re grateful for everyone who showed up, engaged, and represented with passion and professionalism. 💙

The TCAT Northwest SkillsUSA Chapter spread a little extra love this Valentine’s Day by creating Valentine boxes and handmade cards for local post-acute care facilities and nursing homes.

A special shoutout to our Covington campus Pharmacy students, Jessica May and Megan Turnage, who did an amazing job showcasing their creativity and heart through this project. Their thoughtful designs truly made a difference.

The residents were absolutely ecstatic and deeply touched by the generosity and kindness shown through these Valentine’s Day cards. It was a beautiful reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

We are so proud of our students for representing TCAT Northwest and SkillsUSA with compassion, service, and excellence! ❤️
