Chehalem Valley Soccer Club (CVSC) believes all children should be able to play soccer, regardless of their family’s financial situation. If you know the posted club fees will be a hardship for your family, please apply for financial aid.

Any invited player for the 2026-2027 season is able to apply for scholarship consideration. To have priority consideration on scholarship funds, please apply by June 1st. All applications will be reviewed within 2 weeks of this deadline. Scholarship applications received will be approved on an "as-budget-allows" basis.

We're excited to share that CVSC's first-ever Platform League team, made up with future 6th and 7th graders for the 2026-2027 season, earned THIRD PLACE at this weekend's Surf Friendship Cup tournament, competing against top Platform, ECNL, and Premier clubs from across Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. The GU13 team represented CVSC with tremendous effort, teamwork, and determination throughout the weekend, and we could not be prouder of this outstanding accomplishment and exciting milestone for the club. Congratulations to our CVSC Soccer Stars!

Night 2 of CVSC tryouts is in the books, and what an incredible evening for our girls program ⚽️🔥

Tonight alone, we welcomed around 150 players to the field!

Just two seasons ago, our total tryout participation was 128 players… and this year we are approaching nearly 300 participants across the club.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident.

It takes dedicated coaches investing in players both on and off the field.

It takes volunteers and board members giving countless hours behind the scenes.

It takes families showing up night after night to support their athletes and this community.

Most importantly, it takes players willing to step onto the field, work hard, grow their confidence, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

We are incredibly grateful for this growing soccer community and proud of what we are building together here in the Chehalem Valley ❤️⚽️

If you already registered your player, you were sent a confirmation email minutes ago with all the details you need to prepare for tryouts and check-in next week.

Tryouts allow our coaching staff to observe players to determine team placement and we welcome all interested players to register.

Chehalem Valley Soccer Club is exploring the formation of new younger age teams for the upcoming season and we’d love to hear from you!

If you have a player born in 2016, 2017, or 2018 who is excited to learn, grow, and have fun with soccer, this is a great opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.

- Focus on development, teamwork, and a positive environment
- Opportunity to help shape a new team
- Led by experienced, passionate coaches

We are currently gauging interest and plan to host informal tryout sessions / player evaluations soon.

The CVSC 12U Boys delivered a huge comeback earlier this month: down 2–3, they battled back with two late goals to win 4–3 on our home field.
The goals in the video is by Wesley and Danilo, who sealed the match in the final minutes. And big credit to Joey, who subbed in and sparked the day with the first two goals of the game. A great comeback and a great team win.
