Chehalem Radio Controlled Car Club

Chehalem Radio Controlled Car Club A group of people that enjoy RC cars and racing This is "FAMILY ORIENTED" fun. There is a drinking fountain in the building we use. Alcohol is NOT allowed!

The Chehalem Radio controlled Car club is open to everyone, children under 12 years old MUST be ACCOMPANIED by a PARENT. Feel free to bring your own food and beverages, as we do not supply anything (well sometimes we do).

We meet every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at the Community center by the Armory (620 N Morton St. Newberg OR, 97132), from 6:30PM - 8:30PM. We run 1/24 - 1/28 scale cars, of any make. We run on RCP track, with a new track layout every Monday. As of September 2013 we have added a new division of racing to our program. It is 1/16 scale Rally Racing. Our current classes, or divisions, are XMods, Mini-Z's, Mini-Z F-1's, and "Open" class for the 1/28th scale. Rally Racing is under an OPEN class. During the summer we try to get races going on Saturdays in between the Wednesday races. The Saturday races are usually announced at least a week ahead of time. Every February we have an All-Day Enduro event, (lot's of fun).
