We have a city of Grant efficiency apartment available through our Hope 101 Ministry Transitional Housing Program. This is a fee based self-sufficiency program where housing is a benefit of the program. Qualifications to enable you to apply include: must be and remain employed to the extent that you are able, must be willing to meet with a case manager weekly, must be willing to create an adhere to a budget, must be motivated to accomplish personal goals to increase levels of self-sufficiency. This 6 -12 month program is open to applicants who have established residency in Newaygo County. To apply email [email protected]. Hope 101 Ministry and it's Cookery program were able to feed seven families after we closed last Friday through our Too Good To Throw TGTT program!

As we pause to remember the fallen, may we also give thanks to the Almighty for the ultimate sacrifice that purchased our eternal freedom.

To show our thanks to the families of those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom, we will be giving away free hot dogs starting at 11:00 at the cookery at 1137 East Wilcox, while they last!

The Cookery is serving meaty lasagna, beef and bean burritos, white chicken enchiladas, street tacos, gyro paninis, pulled pork wraps, broccoli cheese soup, chili, cannolis, bread pudding and of course, our salad bar sponsored by the Fremont area Community Foundation. Stop in and see us at our pay-as-you-can eatery, where we serve others as we serve the Lord. We are serving from 11:00 to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday through Friday.

Remember, your contributions go directly toward feeding the hungry and supporting the homeless. If you are unable to pay, we always have room for you at our table.

Remember, all of Hope 101's programs, including The Cookery, are driven by the community. Every spare penny goes to help end local homelessness and food insecurity
