On Juneteenth, the AACCNJ turned a soccer watch party into business.

100 people. Cooper’s Riverview, Trenton. Brazil vs Haiti — Haiti’s first World Cup in 52 years.
The play underneath it: Black Diaspora United, the Chamber’s initiative using the world’s game to connect Black businesses across the diaspora.

The African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ ran it as strategy — Black Diaspora United, the world’s game, Black businesses across the diaspora in one room.

Haiti’s first World Cup in 52 years. Freedom was on everybody’s mind. The city showed up.
Up next: a community festival July 17 at the Chamber’s HQ, then the World Cup final back at Cooper’s Riverview on July 19. Bring the family.
