Contact us to sign up for our showcase! We will teach you everything you need to know.

Songs will include the Waltz of the Snowflakes (waltz) and the Battle (tango) from the Nutcracker, and Candyman (swing) by Christina Aguilera.

We will also need volunteers for planning, setup, set design, photography, and videography. Do you or someone you know have skills in those areas? Let us know!

The UD Ballroom Team had a great start to their competition season on Saturday, at the GW Open in Washington, DC. 🇺🇲

We had competitors in the Newcomer, Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels across 19 dances, and all competitors placed in multiple dances, including 3 first-time competitors! 🏆💃🕺

The dancers at the 2026 Spring Ballroom Showcase at the University of Delaware brought their A game for their video game-themed performances! Songs originated from a variety of games including classics like Tomb Raider and Stardew Valley, indie games such as Pyre, and even an unreleased game in development by one of our team members! Dances included waltz, tango, rumba, and more. A section of the showcase also included a non-choreographed competition-style dance demonstration.

All the dancers, who range in level from Newcomer to Silver/Intermediate, developed their own choreography, and their creativity really shone through!

We are very excited to announce that I Heart UD day is here! This is one of the biggest days for the community to give back to RSO's and other organizations on campus.
