The annual Fall Festival hosted by our Here We Grow Gardens program was an amazing event today! With 60 participants smiling and celebrating the season - right at our very own Fruit & Forest Farm in Newark, OH!

Complete with: hayrides, campfire, crafts, hot c***r, and sloppy joes.

The TWG team harvested over 960 luffa from 7 school gardens and 2 community gardens ahead of the cold weather forecasted this weekend. It was wet but we are SO THRILLED with the great crop this year!!

Thanks NCS Elementary schools (especially 2nd and 3rd graders who planted all these plants) for your participation with this luffa program!!

Our Saturday U-Picks are done!!

Our Everett Park and Utica U-Picks are done for the season! Please come to our 6th St and Licking Valley U-Picks!

Our 6th St and Licking Valley U-Picks still have peppers, chard, tomatoes, herbs, and squash!

Together - we learn, we play, we build bright futures! Through our elementary school partnership with Newark City Schools we are able to share lessons in harvesting with over 3,400 kids, grades K-5!
