Summer Serve Saturday!! We worked all day at school painting and painting and painting. The Lord provided never ending paint, no rain, yummy snacks and a pretty incredible team who kept going and going and going. We can’t wait to reveal the school photos - tomorrow!!!

Summer Serve Friday - what a great day!!! Lots of scraping and painting , sweating, more painting, a super incredible VBS time, delicious food including special snacks (coconut crusts and conch ceviche 😋). Our beautiful friends at the Inn keep us well fed too!!

Tonight at church, we had the honor to sing 🎶 and John shared a wonderful message✝️ about loving ❤️ well. We have worked hard and loved and laughed. What a gift it is to share to love of Christ.

Thank you for your continued prayers 🙏 and support ❤️. Some of our team will be getting an early start tomorrow to catch the 🌅 so good night 😴 for now!!

Summer Serve Thursday was a wonderful mix of work and play! We worked on several buildings at school scraping, painting a primer coat, as well as moving lumber and cleaning up the field. We are so in awe of just how hard our friends here work.

The new classroom is amazing! Pastor Joshua and Tito are masters of every project we do. We also had some super helpful friends of the school powerwash several buildings to prep them for us.

For play, a group got to go with several classes to cheer on a football ⚽️ team from the school. They won by the way!!

We all got wet during a rain shower that stopped just in time for VBS. We sang, danced, learned about God’s strength , played, crafted and snacked with a whole bunch of sweet kiddos, school staff, the children’s ministry team from the Sarteneja Nazarene church and anyone who wanted to stay.

The Lord is faithful and kind and gives us everything we need. We’ve experienced that in so many ways and look forward to see what happens tomorrow.

There are honestly hundreds of photos we’d love to show you but it won’t be tonight. 😴

Hello from Sarteneja! Today was our first full day and we experienced a lot! Culture Day at the Juan B Perez Nazarene primary school was amazing! Teachers, students and families did an outstanding job with the presentations and foods to share the different cultures within Belize. We learned so much and it’s pretty cool that Belize considers itself a melting pot just like the US.

VBS was a big hit!! Superheroes from the Bible and God’s strength is the theme. Kiddos, families, friends and our team all had fun learning, praising God, laughing, playing and snacking.

We are so grateful for everyone who is helping with VBS. We all make a great team!

Thank you for your prayers and support! We can’t wait to see what God does tomorrow!
