From February 2025 to June 2025 these student Fellows from Heritage Hall will introduce 1000 7th and 8th grade students to HBCU culture, Hospitality, Graphic Design, Event Services and more. This past weekend, had the incredible opportunity to present for the 1st time at the MENTOR National Mentoring Summit in Washington D.C.! We hosted a workshop showcasing Newark’s strong mentoring culture and debuted "A Newark Story", a short film about our work and the creation of the Director of Mentoring Services position at , on the main stage in front of 1,500+ attendees from across the nation.
