It's fight week as part of our fight team travels to Huntington, WV to fight in the Golden Gloves tournament this weekend! We will be in the gym tonight and tomorrow. Come in and get some work with our team from 5pm to 7pm!

Hey everyone! We are looking for donations for our fight team to attend the Arnold Classic in Columbus, OH February 28th through March 2nd. Funds will be used for athlete entry fees, travel, and team meals. I only have my personal Venmo, but all funds will transfer to our non profit and be used through there. I will provide a tax deductible receipt. Any amount helps get these fighters to the show and fighting! Thank you to all!

Attention! Licking County Youth Sports is now officially recognized as a 501(c)3 non profit organization! In partnership with Counter Punch Combat Sports our goal is to allow all kids up to the age of 17 to attend our classes for free and to excel in the art of boxing. If you would like to donate to our organization, please reach out as all gifts and sponsorships are tax deductible!

Come be a part of a great team! Kids age 8 to 17 are free (donations welcome!) to attend. This is a great motivating class that will teach your child confidence and discipline while getting in shape!

Our strength and conditioning class will be Monday and Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Kids 17 and under attend for free (donations welcome!). Adults can attend as well for just $10 a class. This is a great fitness class that can be attended by both beginners and those looking to advance their cardio and strength training.

Hey Everyone! Our youth boxing class will be available from 5pm to 7pm Tuesday and Thursday from here on out. This class is FREE to anyone ages 8 to 17 years old. Come be a part of our amazing team where you child will gain confidence and be in a positive environment!

We will have a beginner strength and conditioning class FREE to kids ages 10 to 17 tonight October 16th from 5pm to 6pm. This class is designed to get you or your child started on their fitness journey and get them prepared for future boxing classes. Please reach out to us if you plan to attend!
