May she rest in peace🙏🏼

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Maria De Almeida, wife of one of our fellow riders, after her courageous battle with cancer.

Maria was much more than a beloved wife, mother, family member, and friend — she was a pillar within our community. Through her involvement in numerous organizations and her dedication to helping others, she touched countless lives and left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her kindness, generosity, and selfless spirit will never be forgotten.

During this incredibly difficult time, we ask everyone to keep the De Almeida family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this tremendous loss. Though Maria may no longer be with us physically, her legacy and the love she shared with our community will continue to live on.

Ride in unity, love your families, and cherish every moment.

Rest in peace, Maria De Almeida.

Visiting will be Sunday June 28th from 2:00pm to 6:00 pm at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral home located at 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny, NJ. Mass will be Monday June 29th at 10:00 am in St. Stephen’s Church Kearny, NJ. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
