No complaints doesn't always mean no concerns.

When families are quiet, it's easy to assume everything is going well. But some parents may hesitate to speak up because they don't want to create tension, aren't sure how to approach a concern, or simply haven't been asked.

Building strong relationships with families means creating opportunities for honest communication, even when everything appears to be going smoothly.

💬 Child care professionals: How do you encourage families to share feedback, especially when they haven't raised any concerns?

Welcome to The Provider Perspective, a Programs for Parents series sharing practical insights, strategies, and conversations for child care professionals.

Today, we pause to honor a life that touched so many. 🕊️

Our thoughts are with Gay's loved ones, colleagues, and community during this time. We are grateful for the moments shared and the legacy she leaves behind.
