Hello everyone,

From now on there is another way to share your suggestions and concerns with us. You can do so through the following google form.

Its purpose is to allow graduate students to give completely anonymous feedback regarding anything that they would like. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting instances of discrimination/bias experienced or witnessed, and suggestions for improving aspects of the department and/or your graduate experience.

Hope the entire grad family is having a great semester and all of the new grad students are getting accustomed to UD.

MEGA (Mechanical Engineering Graduate Association) is having the first MEGA Social Hour/Seminar of the year tomorrow,5th October 2018 from 11 to 12 noon at the ISEB467 where some of our senior PhD colleagues will give us a brief description/presentation about their research fields/areas which might provide some valuable insights especially to the new grad students. Join us for conversation,Pizza & drinks.

This would also be a great opportunity to bring up any questions or concerns your fellow graduate students might be able to help out with.

Hope that you are all getting some summer fun and making research progress!

To make sure we all get some time out of the lab.
We are planning to have an awesome MEGA summer lunch picnic this Thursday 1:30-4:30 pm at Handloff park here ( 8 minute drive from campus).
This would be a great opportunity to socialize with our peers, share and discuss amazing research ideas, and have a fun break.

There is going to be:
- Free parking
- 3 Tennis Courts
- Tennis Practice Wall
- 2 Basketball Courts
- Playground Equipment
- **Covered Picnic tables**, etc

MEGA have registered for 6v6 mixed volleyball team and has it's first volleyball game tomorrow.
The match commences from 7.45 PM at the CSB Gym 2,Court 1.
