Hip Hop Student Association(H2SA)

Hip Hop Student Association(H2SA) We provide social services and educational assistance through education and entertainment.

We exhibit greatness through the spectrum of Hip Hop and act upon it for the betterment of other students, communities and people because "its more than music." Our goal is to raise the graduation rate at Essex County College which is currently 5% and a retention rate of 48% with a population of approximately 15,000 students.

1- Bring awareness to our peers by empowering, informing, and educati

ng them through the Hip Hop culture.

2- We present the true essence of Hip Hop through its perceptual ability to transform subjects and objects in an effort to express the character of one's inner being.

3- Hip Hop is love, peace, unity and safely having fun.

4- Hip Hop is dance, graffiti, emceeing, djaying, beat boxing and knowledge

5- Hip Hop is health, awareness and wealth. Hip Hop is a lifestyle that promotes unity, creativity, and positivity in our everyday lives. Hip Hop is the true World Order and the New American Revolution that the Hip Hop Student Association aspires to and by bringing a universal understanding of the role that individuals can contribute on campus and in the community at large.
