Newark City Schools is excited to welcome families to Rally in the Alley, a fun, supportive event to help students gear up for a successful school year! 💉 Licking County Health Department will be on-site providing immunizations!

📅 Date: August 1
⏰ Time: 9:00–11:00 AM

📣 Parents and guardians: Here’s how to schedule your child’s immunization appointment with Licking County Health Department:

📞 Call 740-349-6535 and select option 5
✅ Be sure to ask specifically for the “Rally in the Alley” event when speaking with staff

When you call, please have the following ready:
• Your child’s insurance information
• Any vaccination records you have available

If you don’t have this information at the time of your call, you will be asked to call back once it’s available.

⏰ Important Deadline: Appointment scheduling will close at 12:00 PM on July 30 to allow time for insurance verification and record review.
📍 On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time with your child at the LCHD Mobile Unit.
💙 No insurance? No problem. If your child is uninsured or underinsured, the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program may provide vaccines at no cost.
