🌈United in Pride is thrilled to announce that applications are open for the brand new United in Pride Grant! This grant is available to organizations to provide programming, events, education, or projects that support or advocate for the LGBTQ+ community in Licking County.

📋️The details: Proposals will be considered for up to $1,000. Applicants must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and provide services in Licking County. Deadline to apply is October 30, 2026.

We'll discuss what the CHIP is and how the Licking County Health Department and other health professionals in the community utilize it to improve the health outcomes of residents in Licking County.

🚸For Tarryn, lack of childcare access cost her her job as a teacher and her livelihood. She had no income, a two-year-old counting on her, and no idea where to go. With help from Action for Children, Tarryn secured her home childcare license and completed classes which empowered her to create her own business that helps support her family while continuing to make a difference in the lives of local families. Now, she is on a path she never thought was possible - owning her own business all while getting to be home with her son.

THANK YOU to everyone who donated to our Stuff the Bus at the Week of Caring kickoff! On Wednesday, the Women of the Moose Lodge #499 helped sort, count, and box all 2,121 items to prepare to go out to new and existing hygiene hub locations. We are grateful for their support, and to everyone who helped make this a success!
