Women Over Dinner We want to live in a world where the Inherent Power of Woman is remembered and expressed. A woman’s power will not be measured by material wealth.

We are committed to Women Over Dinner being available at no cost to those who desire to attend. We need to ensure that there be no barrier to entry and no exclusion for any reason. We know a woman’s power is inestimable and more valuable than gold. A fed woman,
A full woman,
A woman overflowing,
Is the one true antidote
to the greed, delusion and hatred
Hypnotizing our world. Women will feed this

world, we are remembering this together, now more than ever. Maybe you believe this too,

Women Over Dinner is an invitation for women to gather and connect over a series of thought-provoking, intimate questions and nourishing food.

Dr. Topeka K. Sam is a renowned advocate for criminal justice reform who founded The Ladies of Hope Ministries, an award winning non-profit which works to end the poverty crisis and the incarceration of women and girls. Topeka is a visionary and a charismatic speaker who believes in turning your pain and shame into power.

The dinner table, in its sacred simplicity, holds space for connection. We invite you to gather as women to see and be seen in your power and your beauty, as you break bread and exchange experience and wisdom with other women. Women gathering to share in this way is something the world desperately needs more of. At Women Over Dinner, we all get to remember that we are the jewel.

This isn’t just another gathering. It’s a movement. It’s a reminder that when women gather, we change everything.

Due to the intimate nature of the topics we explore, this event is for adults. You must be 18+. This is a substance-free and alcohol-free event.

Suggested donation is $25-40 per person. Please donate the amount that you are able, any extra goes towards the creation of our events inside women's prisons. And all are welcome even if you are unable to give, we will never turn anyone away for lack of funds!

What happens when women sit across from one another and refuse to look away?

A dinner becomes more than a meal.
A table becomes a place of recognition.
And the walls meant to divide us dissolve.

We have three dinners inside prisons scheduled in Massachusetts and South Carolina and we’re raising $20,000 this month to make them happen.

“She draws out the best in others because they want to touch the power that emanates from her.”

There is a kind of woman whose power magnetizes. She listens in a way that draws out the truth. She speaks from a place that calls others forward. In her presence, women remember parts of themselves they may have forgotten.

At Women Over Dinner, we gather to cultivate that kind of power—not over one another, but with one another. Because when one woman becomes more fully herself, she gives every woman at the table permission to do the same.

Last night in Los Angeles, 50 women gathered around the table. Something beneath the surface beginning to stir.

We create the space for women to meet themselves and one another beyond appearances and in the place where true connection lives: in our bodies, our hearts, and our shared humanity.

Each woman arrived willing to receive, be nourished, and offer something real. The offering was the desire to be revealed, to allow other women to see us truly. And as we spoke about our mission inside prisons, the evening took on a deeper gravity, a reminder that every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and met with dignity.

This is what becomes possible when women gather with intention: we remember who we are, recognize ourselves in one another, and turn connection into change. ✨
