Women Over Dinner We want to live in a world where the Inherent Power of Woman is remembered and expressed. A woman’s power will not be measured by material wealth.

We are committed to Women Over Dinner being available at no cost to those who desire to attend. We need to ensure that there be no barrier to entry and no exclusion for any reason. We know a woman’s power is inestimable and more valuable than gold. A fed woman,
A full woman,
A woman overflowing,
Is the one true antidote
to the greed, delusion and hatred
Hypnotizing our world. Women will feed this

world, we are remembering this together, now more than ever. Maybe you believe this too,
Maybe you’re an ally to the cause and have the means to support,
Maybe you’ve already attended one of the first three Women Over Dinner events and you can pay it forward for the next woman,

Something is happening with Women Over Dinner in June……

Here’s where we’ll be this month:

June 4 • Los Angeles
An intimate dinner in a gorgeous setting with the women of LA.

June 7 • Harlem
A special collaboration dinner with The Ladies of Hope Ministries, bringing together extraordinary women across community, leadership, justice work, art, and culture.

June 17 • Rikers Island
One of the most meaningful dinners we’ve ever hosted. Women Over Dinner inside prison continues to show us what becomes possible when women are given space to speak honestly and be seen beyond the identities placed on them.

June 26 • New Orleans
Another collaboration with The Ladies of Hope Ministries, bringing Women Over Dinner to New Orleans for a gathering rooted in connection, dignity, and restoration.

Some women come because they are curious.
Some because a friend insisted.
Some because they are lonely.
Some because they are leaders carrying too much alone.
Some because they miss feeling something real.

We had the incredible artist at our last Women Over Dinner Harlem to photograph the beauty that unfolds. She captured the laughter, the tears, the sisterhood, the nourishment of eating of connecting of coming together as women. The entire purpose of Women Over Dinner is to remind women of their power, their value and from there our natural expression unleashes.

Women Over Dinner is an invitation for women to gather and connect over a series of thought-provoking, intimate questions and nourishing food.

Dr. Topeka K. Sam is a renowned advocate for criminal justice reform who founded The Ladies of Hope Ministries, an award winning non-profit which works to end the poverty crisis and the incarceration of women and girls. Topeka is a visionary and a charismatic speaker who believes in turning your pain and shame into power.

The dinner table, in its sacred simplicity, holds space for connection. We invite you to gather as women to see and be seen in your power and your beauty, as you break bread and exchange experience and wisdom with other women. Women gathering to share in this way is something the world desperately needs more of. At Women Over Dinner, we all get to remember that we are the jewel.

This isn’t just another gathering. It’s a movement. It’s a reminder that when women gather, we change everything.

Due to the intimate nature of the topics we explore, this event is for adults. You must be 18+. This is a substance-free and alcohol-free event.

Suggested donation is $25-40 per person. Please donate the amount that you are able, any extra goes towards the creation of our events inside women's prisons. And all are welcome even if you are unable to give, we will never turn anyone away for lack of funds!

There is something ancient about feeding women. Not just the act of cooking, but the act of offering nourishment into a space where women come to remember who they are.

At Women Over Dinner, we create a space where each woman is seen, heard, and met in her power. And the food holds the experience. It is the vehicle of love into every moment.

This month we are bringing Women Over Dinner inside two women’s prisons in Ohio. On March 17 we will host a dinner for 100 women at Ohio Reformatory for Women in Columbus, and on March 19 another 100 women will gather at Northeast Reintegration Center in Cleveland. For a few hours, these women—who are so often forgotten—will sit around a beautiful table where each voice is heard and every woman is seen.

We are inviting 100 women on the outside to host a dinner in solidarity between March 17–19. Gather a few friends at a restaurant or in your home and we’ll send you the simple host script. It’s easy, intimate, and powerful.

The way these dinners on the outside bring so much inspiration to the women on the inside is profound. A whole room of women who are rarely remembered feel deeply cared for, nourished, and loved. If you feel moved, join us. Comment SOLIDARITY to get more info!
