What Is Information?
Everything you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch becomes information.
Through our five senses, we are constantly downloading information from the world around us. Every conversation, social media post, news article, video, and experience leaves an impression on the mind.
The people you spend time with, the content you consume, and the ideas you repeatedly expose yourself to all become part of your inner programming.
That is why conscious living begins with conscious input.
Information is not only what enters the mind. Food is also information for the body. When we eat according to our body's needs, we create balance and energy. When we consume what is unsuitable, the body struggles and imbalance begins to develop.
The quality of our life is shaped by the quality of the information we allow into our mind and body.
