Here's some great news: Garden State Equality has graciously offered the AAOGC a chance to raise funds thru their Equality Soiree! This me3ans that all funds raised from our friends and followers will go directly to the AAOGC.
So, y'all PLEASE help us out by attending the event on April 5th is Jersey City, or, you can just purchase a ticket and donate it to someone deserving! Thank you!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who has contributed to the4 AAOGC as we try to keep our agency afloat. Because of you, we're raised over $5,000!!! Just as an update, the NJDOH is dead set on not unfreezing our grant funds until this all-important AUDIT is complete, and we hear from the Auditors yesterday that "they're swamped, but we're next in line."
I really hate airing these events publicly, but this is the only way I can keep my sanity--by letting y'all know I'm not crazy or making this sh*t up. Welcome to the world of non-profit. And if you're a small organization, you're screwed no matter what you do. I guess Grinches come in all shapes and sizes.....
