Celebrating the connections that create pathways to opportunity.

NRBP was pleased to join our member Newark Youth Career Pathways ( ) last Friday for their end-of-summer networking mixer, celebrating the conclusion of the 2026 Summer Career Pathways Fellowship.

The afternoon brought together fellows, employer and school partners, families, and community leaders to celebrate a summer of growth, connection, and career exploration. We’re proud to support the work of NYCP as they help prepare Newark’s young people for meaningful opportunities and economic mobility.
