What a tremendous day this past Saturday, May 30, at Leadership Newark’s Non-Profit Board Service Training Workshop!

We were thrilled to host a packed house of engaged participants committed to strengthening their leadership and service throughout our community. While it was certainly a long day, the energy, interaction, and positive feedback made it all worthwhile.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, participated, asked thoughtful questions, and helped make the workshop both impactful and fun. We look forward to announcing our next Board Service Training soon!

Today’s Community Leadership Initiative (CLI) lunch meeting with Leadership Newark’s Class of 2026 was nothing short of energizing!
It was a great opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and hear firsthand how far each CLI group has progressed in their work. The passion, collaboration, and commitment to impact across every group continues to inspire.
