Public art is coming to every corner of Licking County, and the Village of Hebron just got things started!

Last week, Bobby spoke at a ribbon cutting and celebration where Hebron unveiled their new mural honoring the community’s legacy as the “Crossroads of Ohio.” This mural is the first project of the Foundation’s Art Across the County initiative, which is working to bring new public art to every municipality across Licking County.

Newark and Pataskala are up next! Big thanks to our Arts Initiatives Committee for helping bring this vision to life.

The LCF team is going green in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and we're proud to stand alongside Mental Health America of Licking County and so many others across Licking County.

At the Foundation, we believe that strong communities are built on the wellbeing of every person in them. Reducing stigma, encouraging open conversations, and showing up for one another (even through something as simple as raising awareness) are some of the most important things we can do together to support those around us.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call 988 because you are seen, you are valued, and support is available.

Last week we launched our new Featured Artist Initiative with Mariah Whittaker, a graduating senior from Newark City Schools whose work is now on display in our office.

Through this rotating exhibit, we'll continue spotlighting local artists and celebrating the creativity that makes Licking County so vibrant. We hope you will stop by, take a look, and help us celebrate Mariah and the many talented artists in our community.

As Volunteer Appreciation Month comes to a close, we’re proud to recognize the dedicated members of our Governing Committee (pictured) along with the many volunteers who serve on our various committees.

These committed community leaders give their time and expertise, playing an important role in supporting our work. What we achieve would not be possible without them.

Designed for individuals with disabilities, these beds create space for more people to connect, belong, and get their hands in the soil.
