We would like thank you for coming to Newark Catholic BINGO yesterday as we did our last session and said our farewells.
It’s been a heck of a ride and to see 146 smiling faces fill that cafeteria was truly a blessing.
We love you all (mostly 😉)
And just remember: it’s not goodbye, its we will see you later ❤️

We ARE open april 27th

This will be the last bingo session for myself, john, melissa and Matt. We are gladly handing over BINGO to the athletic association

I never thought this day would come for us. We are excited and sad. I haven’t had a Sunday off in over 4 years unless we had to close. It’s very bittersweet. And our beloved John has dedicated his Sundays for many many years to NC bingo.

I have a few favors to ask/ housekeeping items:

1. Please be kind and patient as the athletic association learns the ropes. Give them some grace and help them, after all you all know how it needs to be ran so help them. Be patient with them! I’m only a phone call away so if I need to come there and use my mom voice you already know I will….

2. Please continue to be kind to each other.

3. This page is connected to my own personal FB page. I will talk with kathy about the NCAA starting their own, untill then I’ll run this one for them, once they get one, i’ll share that page here and delete this one….

4. And most importantly don’t ever forget to always play nice in the litter box ❤️

Sunday will be a hard and emotional day for us. If y’all see me crying you better not tell anyone, I have a reputation to uphold 😎 (if John cries I expect you all to get picture/video evidence and share it 😇)

We hope to see you all Sunday so we can say our goodbyes ❤️

Please come support the school and the kids. Only a couple more fish fry’s left so please come try it. You know you’ll see John and I there….. seeing me is the real selling point let’s be honest 😇

Guess where I am???
You’re right! I’m at Newark Catholic slinging some instants while some fine folks dine on some delicious fish dinners. Every Friday from 5pm-7pm during Lent the fish fry will be here.
It’s a great way to support the school and our amazing students. I sure would love to see some familiar faces only $12 for an amazing dinner. You can’t beat that

As you may know we have entered the Lenten season.

On Friday’s during Lent we abstain from eating meat.
What does that mean for you? Allow me to tell you.
Newark Catholic will be hosting fish fry’s evey single Friday during Lent. It will be located in the cafeteria (I know yall know where that is located) it’s from 5pm to 7pm. Best fish on the west side (so I’ve heard, I’m not a good Catholic I don’t like fish, but fear not I don’t go hungry I eat a lot of grilled cheese during this time)
And to make it even cooler they’re going to sell a pull tab game (John is helping them get their own, it’ll be a simple game much like a hog or a banana)
You’ll even get to see me and John there as he’s volunteered us to help with the game, he’s nice like that

Come support the Catholics as we sell you some delicious 🐠

I want to thank all of the amazing players, all 117 of you awesome folks for spending your day with us at Newark Catholic bingo!
We got to pay out a derby, lots of money was won today. Lots of smiles and laughter today.
Thank you for taking it easy on me since our fearless fire captain had to work and he left me in charge 😜 (you’d think he’d learn by now haha) everyone did amazing and played nicely in the litter box. I appreciate each and every one of you, yes even you….
I can’t wait to see you all again next Sunday.

WE ARE OPEN SUNDAY.


I had a lovely little break but we are back.

A few things.

John is working Sunday so you all stuck with me running the show. Again I run a tight ship so I expect you to be on your best behavior. I don’t know if you remember last time I was left in charge…… I’ll use the mom voice, you know I will.

Derby’s are hot so I’m hoping one will hit.

We will have hotdogs and pizza .
Plenty of volunteers, and lots of money to be won.

Can’t wait to see all of you believe it or not I’ve missed your faces. (But the weekend off was nice 😇)
