Today, our Men’s Healing Circle created a safe space for men to speak openly about what it means to be a man in today’s world. Together, we explored the pressures, expectations, responsibilities, and emotions that often go unspoken. Through listening, vulnerability, and support, we continue to remind one another that healing happens in community. Every voice matters, and every story deserves to be heard.

Together, we continue to PUSHH Forward.

Last week, we kicked things off with an icebreaker activity that brought everyone together. By forming one circle, participants had the opportunity to introduce themselves, share, listen, and connect with one another. What started as a simple activity quickly turned into meaningful conversations, laughter, and new relationships. Building trust and creating a safe space is an important part of the work we do, and this was a great reminder that strong communities begin with genuine connection. Together, we continue to PUSHH Forward.
