Licking County 4-H is proud to have the Clover mascot, and more than happy to share it during a few state events each year! On Tuesday, Carrie the Clover made an appearance during the Ohio 4-H State Awards Banquet. It was especially nice because we were able to celebrate our own state winner, Megan Reimer! Thank you, Carrie, for representing 4-H so very well!

CONGRATULATIONS, MEGAN!
Congratulations are in order for Megan Reimer, as she was recognized on Tuesday during the Ohio 4-H State Awards Banquet as the 2026 State Project Winner in Foods and Nutrition! She will travel to Atlanta, Georgia in November to represent Ohio during the National 4-H Congress! Licking County is so very proud of you, Megan!

HOT OFF THE PRESS!
Licking County Sheep Improvement Committee will offer a SHEEP CLINIC on Thursday, June 25 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds! It will be held the same evening as the Goats R Us Goat Clinic, so lots of options for our Goat and Sheep members that night!

Students who would like the opportunity to have their name entered into the drawing for NREA support must complete the required Google Form.

Just had to share...
Although retired from their many years as 4-H Band Advisors, Forrest and Thelma Smythe have been lifetime supporters of Licking County 4-H. While out shopping for 4-H Summer Camp supplies, Lisa and Adrienne were lucky enough to run in to them on Tuesday - as Forrest was celebrating his 92nd Birthday! Happy Birthday, Forrest! Licking County 4-H still loves you both!

Congratulations to Elisabeth Baker, Riley Baker and Haydn Tinsley on their recent participation is State 4-H Leadership Camp! It sounds as though they had a great time - and we were honored to have them representing Licking County!
