For residents on Marta Drive -

We received a call from the VP of Pike Creek Little League last night regarding a light project on the fields. The existing lights are from the 1980s and they are upgrading. The County asked them to reach out to inform local residents of the project.

There is a meeting you can attend on Nov 6th via Zoom if you have questions. Also, we can provide the VP’s number if you’d like to ask him any questions directly. Please send us a direct message if you’d like to get his number.

Neighbors, a quick reminder that annual dues are just $35 — and so far, only about 10% of households have paid for 2025.
These dues directly fund services that keep our community safe and enjoyable, including:

- Snow removal in the winter
- Maintenance of shared spaces
- Neighborhood events & improvements (including signage and hopefully a bulletin board in the near future)

Your contribution makes a real difference. If you haven’t already, please take a moment today to submit your dues and help us reach our goal of full participation. Payment instructions are available in the image below (reach out via direct message if paying by check).

If you're unsure if you've paid, message us your address and we can check whether we've recieved a payment this year for your household. Also as a reminder we've switched to a calendar year cycle so dues are paid once a year for that given year.

We are still searching for an activities coordinator - please DM or comment below if you’re interested in helping us make fun neighborhood events happen like our previous Halloween parades, Santa visits, and Easter Egg hunts.

If making those events happen or any other new types of events/activities sounds fun to you, please let us know and we can share more information.

We are going to have another neighborhood yard sale this Saturday - the previous one coincided with some other yard sales and events which negatively impacted turnout. If you didn’t have a chance to put some things out last time, now’s a great chance!

Going forward we’ll plan to have the neighborhood yard sale in June.
