The Newark Medical Loan Closet is excited to be setting up in our new, larger location! 🎉 As we get organized, we’re looking for shelving units to help us store and organize the medical equipment and supplies we provide to our community at no cost.

Do you have any shelving units you no longer need? We’d love to hear from you! Your donation will help us make the most of our new space and better serve our Licking County neighbors. ❤️

A big thank-you to our Newark Medical Loan Closet volunteers for staffing the table at today’s Hocus Pocus Health & Wellness Fair at the Newark YMCA.

We were happy to join our many friends from the Licking County Task Force on Aging for this wonderful event.

We’re excited to announce that the Newark Medical Loan Closet has acquired a larger space for our future location!

This move will give us more room to better serve the needs of Licking County residents and continue our mission of helping our community. We’re looking forward to this chapter and the opportunities it will bring!

Please note…We do not have a confirmed move date just yet. As soon as the details are finalized, we’ll share updates right here on Facebook and post information at our current location off Mount Vernon Road.

Volunteers Needed at the Newark Medical Loan Closet! ❤️

Our Medical Loan Closet continues to grow, and so does the need for volunteers to help us serve our neighbors!

We are looking for friendly, caring volunteers who can help during our open hours. Volunteer responsibilities may include:

🩺 Greeting guests and helping them find the medical equipment they need
🧼 Accepting and sanitizing donated equipment so it is ready for the next person who needs it
📦 Restocking shelves and helping keep our equipment organized and accessible

You don't need to have medical experience—just a willingness to help and a heart for serving others! Every volunteer makes a difference in helping us provide needed medical equipment to individuals and families throughout Licking County.
