A new friend, I’shaiah Livingston learned about the Apostles’ House through a connection at the Department of Welfare—and turned that moment into impact.

In honor of Eid, she rallied her community, raised funds, and showed up today with essential items our families need every day—soap, lotion, feminine hygiene products, and more.

This is more than a donation. It’s care. It’s intention. It’s love in action.

Yesterday—on one of the coldest days of the winter—we received a generous donation of Canadian goose down coats from the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 105 of Belleville, NJ and Crawford Crews American Legion Post 251 in Montclair!

These coats will help keep women and families at the Apostles’ House warm, safe, and protected from the elements during the most critical months of the season.

This is what community looks like—showing up when it matters most.
