Notice of Annual Meeting
Dear Property Owner,
This year’s annual meeting of the Pecan Creek Property Owners Association will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 9:00am at the Pecan Creek Baptist Church until the close of business. The meeting will be called to order, a quorum established, a reading of last year’s annual minutes to include a review of association expenditures for 2021. The dues have been set at $145 (10%) increase due 1/1/2022 and past due 1/31/2022 due in part to adding a tax bookkeeping firm to take over our financials. There’s an election of 3 board members for a 3yr. & 1 for 2yr. terms with a 15 minute recess to allow the board to elect new officers. Discussion of old and new business to follow brought up during the year. Below is the list of current Board members and the upcoming vacancies:
Jesse Stanley (P), Rodney Cochran (VP), Karen Kloepping (S), Mark Watral, Howard House, Carey Ralstin (T) vacating, Jarrod Wilmoth vacating, Keith Pearson vacating, & 1 open slot.
Please make checks payable to: Pecan Creek Property Owners Association or PCPOA and mail to PO Box 191, Newalla, OK 74857. Be sure to include your section and lot number(s) on your payment, e.g., (PECNE 123, West lots 100 & 101, etc.) Payments will also be accepted at the January 29th meeting but please arrive early so we have time to process the payments before the meeting starts.
