✔ Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
✔ Jewish literacy (calendar, kashrut, Shabbat timing)
✔ Confidence with digital tools and remote collaboration
✔ Ability to lead, adapt, and execute under pressure

What the Leading Edge team is learning this July: how 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙨 is redefining Jewish leadership and demanding new mental models; why 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 is slipping again; and how leading Jewishly today means holding both 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙝 (𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡) 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙠𝙞𝙩 (𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡). We’re also learning why 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 can't be ignored, and how the 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙙𝙖𝙮 is derailing organizations’ best intentions with AI.
