On such a high from a quick trip to NYC to celebrate our 25+ mashgichim/spot checkers around Manhattan!!
We dined on the most delicious vegan food, befriended some wonderful new people, and -- most importantly -- finally got a picture with Yossi Hoffman, the reason Lighthouse Kosher is thriving in the Big Apple!
