Amazing Stuffs Promoting the social engagement among dogs, their owners, and the community.

Founded by a group of Hamilton Heights residents after the grassroots dog run at 151st Street and Riverside Drive was closed to accommodate construction of the pedestrian bridge. The Puppy Brigade is a diverse, inclusive group of dog-lovers motivated to preserve, create, and champion safe and healthy green spaces in NYC that welcome our four-legged friends. The 142nd Street Dog Run () is

our current (and first) project in Hamilton Heights. We successfully opened the run in June 2016, after over a year of advocacy and community collaboration. We hope to lead and join other community projects in the future, such as creating additional dog-friendly green spaces, fixing broken water fountains, and participating in puppy-adoption charity events!
