Here we grow again!

We are thrilled to welcome Margot Stern as one of Amplify's newest partners. Margot builds companies. She's been CEO of Ziv Partners, supporting Ziv Medical Center in Israel. Chief Strategy & Financial Officer at an Israeli biotech company. Co-founder and CEO of an award-winning STEM edutainment startup before that.

What Margot does, over and over, is walk into a complicated organization and build the structure it needs to grow without falling over. We can’t wait for her to use this gift for Amplify’s clients.

Welcome, Margot. We’re honored that you have joined the team!

More new faces joining the Amplify Team!

Daniel brings 35 years of non-profit fundraising, leadership development, and planning experience. He has a proven track record of driving transformational growth, achieving record fundraising results at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Northeast Ohio Medical University, and JewishAkron.

Grounded in active listening, Daniel works collaboratively with teams to diagnose complex challenges and develop tailored, actionable solutions. He bridges high-level strategy with operational ex*****on and attention to detail.

Ask him how, and he talks about people before money. He maintains an extensive network of colleagues, donors and leaders, knowing that it’s all about who – the rest is commentary! A perfect fit for Amplify’s relational consulting approach.

Welcome, Daniel! Thank you for joining our team!

More new faces joining the Amplify Team!
Nancy Kaufman was 27 years old when she became the founding executive director of a community action agency north of Boston.
She's been building things ever since.
20 years leading the Jewish Community Relations Council of Boston. 8 years as CEO of the National Council of Jewish Women, where she brought new energy to a 125-year-old organization of volunteers and advocates. Senior leadership roles in Massachusetts State government before all of that.
The Forward named her one of its 50 Jewish leaders four times. In 2022 she was appointed to the Commission on the Preservation of American Heritage Abroad by President Joe Biden.
She's also an ICF accredited executive coach, and that shapes how she works with our clients. A strategy is only as strong as the leader who has to carry it.
Welcome, Nancy. So happy you’re here!
