Over the past 11 months, ITP has gathered with over 500 Baltimoreans across neighborhoods and generations. From those conversations, a central question has emerged: How are we connected across the many different Baltimores?

Now, a team of local artists, educators, and organizers has created a play rooted in that question. Join us for CharmPass: One Ride, Many Baltimores!

🗓️ Performances: May 2 + 3

🎟️ Tickets are pay-what-you-wish (link in bio)
And if you want to be part of the process—our doors are still open.

Throughout April, we’re hosting Open Rehearsals across the city. Come witness, respond, and help shape what this piece becomes.

As we practice the play, we’re also practicing how we want to be in community with each other.

👉 Swipe to see the full Open Rehearsal schedule and RSVP on our site.

🌟 Introducing our Baltimore Visionary Cohort! 🌟

Made up of Process Directors and Community Weavers, our Visionary Cohort guides the heart of the project through deep listening and relationship-building. Process Directors facilitate the artistic process, while Community Weavers connect the team to local networks, voices, and histories—together helping ensure the work grows from the community itself.

Everyone say hello to our amazing team!

ITP is thrilled to have been featured in the Baltimore Jewish Times, just a week after we co-hosted a Mondawmin Community Dinner at Third Space at Shaarei Tfiloh — an evening of food, laughter, and honest dialogue about Baltimore.

30 neighbors, ages 1 to ~80, came together — half visiting Third Space for the first time — to share what this city means to them. They described Baltimore as eclectic, nurturing, mystical, safe, charming, complex, gritty, artsy, historical, emerging, full of swag and flavor, and transformative.

Highlights included:
• “A lot beneath the surface.”
• “Large southern town with any and everything you want.”
• “Unity in the community.”
• “Collaboration over competition.”“Baltimoreans are the only ones who can talk about Baltimore.”

We’re so grateful for the friends we’ve made in Baltimore and for the chance to continue growing this project! Read the article at the link in our bio. Want to participate in the project? Join us on Sunday, December 7 from 5:30-7:30 pm at Third Space!
