Thanks to conductor David Recca of NYC Master Chorale and everyone who made Monday’s Summer Sing of Bach’s “Mass in B Minor” such a major success! In a plot twist, our Bass section for the evening outnumbered all other sections, with nearly forty voices…will they keep the crown next Monday, when Patrick Gardner leads Beethoven’s “Mass in C” and Copland’s “The Promise of Living”? Stay tuned! (Or, better yet, come sing with us and find out!)

So far this summer we've hosted five sings, with a total attendance of more than 600! And we've got three weeks of singing left, including the monumental "Mass in B Minor" of J.S. Bach, led this Monday August 17th by our friend David Recca of the New York City Master Chorale! Come sing with us!

There are so many opportunities to sing with us in one way or another!

- Our Summer Sing series continues each Monday in August--tonight John Maclay of The Choral Society leads a Fauré double-header of the "Requiem" and "Cantique de Jean Racine"; and
- you can sing with us all year long -- auditions will be held on Monday, August 31st with our Artistic Director Colin Britt; and
- you can come *on tour* with us next summer, to Prague, Budapest and Vienna!

Thank you to Michael Sheetz of The Greenwich Village Chamber Singers, Hunter College and Musica Sacra for leading a rousing Sing of Mozart’s “Requiem”! It was a great night of music —thank you to all who raised their voices! It’s the day of the show, y’all! We look forward to welcoming our ticket holders tonight for an evening of fabulous music, wine and snacks! We’ll also be running raffles for our wine flight and a 50/50!

Please note that we’ll be using the entrance at 243 Thompson Street (around the corner from Judson’s main entrance) to receive our guests. (Also please note that we will not be offering door sales this evening.)
