A nonprofit at the intersection of music, fandom, and youth mental health. Since 2016, we've helped 500,000+ fans know the thing they love isn't a phase.

It's a lifeline 🎸 Superbands: Empowering music-loving youth through positive mental wellness experiences and fostering a community where every young rockstar thrives. Dedicated to the transformative power of music and the passion for fandom, Superbands partners with iconic musicians, brands, and organizations to curate enriching experiences that highlight mental well-being, positive mental health, and self-care. Beyond just addressing mental health conditions, we champion the holistic approach of mental wellness for all. Through our programs, we provide the tools and resources needed for adolescents to navigate life's complexities. Together, we're not just building a community — we're ensuring the stars of tomorrow shine their brightest.

hiiiiiiii we are Superbands 👋

lotta new faces here and we just wanted to let you know something important.

we have spent years on ONE idea: that the things you love are the things that keep you here. is a campaign about exactly that. senses and Hopeless Records kicked it off with us.

on sept 1st, your reason will appear live on a map. alongside hundreds (thousands???) of others, to remind you that you aren’t alone. the little things are actually big things.

Until then, tell us: what are you sticking around for? link in bio to submit yours now.
