The Phil Ramone Orchestra for Children enriches children’s lives by tapping into their creativity and joy through the transformative power of music to provide cognitive, social, and emotional growth, in turn building confident students In 2011,the Ramone Orchestra for Children was born. The programs structure focuses on music-making and performance of jazz, gospel, hip-hop, pop music, for 65 stude

nts, who spend 5 days a week in music instruction and academic enhancement. Throughout the year, these students perform for their parents, school and friends of the Ramone Orchestra for children.
