We’re bringing free, outdoor yoga to neighborhoods across NYC for two more weeks! Whether you’re looking to move your body, calm your mind, or connect with your community, we invite you to join us in one (or all!) of our beautiful park locations.
All classes are open to all levels and completely free. Just bring a mat or towel, water, and a friend! While these classes are free, registration on Eventbrite is strongly encouraged!

Why We Practice Together:
Three and a Half Acres Yoga believes in making yoga and mindfulness accessible to all communities — especially those that have been historically under-resourced. Practicing together in public parks is one way we build collective healing, wellness, and connection.
