“Famous Artists of Audubon Terrace & Area”
Sunday June 14th – Tour starting at 11am.
Meeting Location: MacDonald’s, Northwest corner of Broadway at 145th Street

From the bustle of Broadway in the 1920’s explore the old neighborhood of Bette Davis and George Gershwin with its neighborhood movie theaters, and dining establishments that transition to Riverside Drive apartments overlooking the Hudson River. The tour will visit the Ralph Ellison Memorial, Trinity Cemetery and Audubon Terrace.

All roads lead to J. Hood Wright Park on June 11 & 12 for The Public Theater’s Mobile Unit production of AS YOU LIKE IT.

Directed by Emma Rosa Went, this joyful new production of Shakespeare’s beloved romantic comedy will travel to correctional facilities, parks, and recreation centers around New York City.

This 90-minute, family-friendly production is designed to be accessible to a wide range of audiences.

Risa Ehrlich, a cherished member of the Uptown Manhattan arts community, passed away in December 2025. A gifted ceramic artist, her work was at once delicate & bold, always evolving. Risa bequeathed her remaining collection to NoMAA to support the community she loved.

Come experience her work. Acquire one of the last available pieces. Celebrate her legacy while supporting the future of the arts.
