ممثلة رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة تلقي بيان هام في اجتماع الامم المتحدة اليوم في جنيف حول الأحداث الجارية في الشرق الأوسط .

شاركت رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة (AMHRI) في أعمال الدورة الحادية والستين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة المنعقدة في قصر الأمم بمدينة جنيف، حيث ألقت السيدة نورا عبدالله الجروي إحاطة شفوية باسم الرابطة خلال جلسة المجلس هذا اليوم ضمن البند الثالث المتعلق بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان.
وخلال مداخلتها أمام المجلس، رحبت السيدة نورا عبدالله الجروي بالقرار الاممي الذي اعتمده مجلس الأمن الدولي يوم امس في نيويورك، والذي أدان الهجمات التي شنتها الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية على عدد من دول الخليج والمنطقة العربية ، وطالب بوقفها بشكل فوري، مؤكدة أن الرابطة كانت من بين المنظمات الحقوقية التي دعت منذ بداية تلك الهجمات العدوانية الإيرانية إلى تحرك دولي واضح لإدانتها ووقفها.
وأشارت الإحاطة إلى أن استمرار ايران في استهداف المدنيين والأعيان المدنية والبنية التحتية الحيوية يشكل انتهاكاً خطيراً للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني، كما يمثل تهديداً مباشراً لأمن الملاحة الدولية في الممرات البحرية الاستراتيجية في المنطقة.
كما أعربت الرابطة عن قلقها البالغ إزاء ما رصدته من عدم امتثال إيران لقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي الصادر مؤخراً، حيث استمرت الهجمات الإيرانية الفضيعة واستهداف المدنيين في دول الخليج بعد صدور القرار، الأمر الذي اعتبرته الرابطة تحدياً واضحاً من ايران لقرارات مجلس الأمن وللشرعية الدولية.
وفي هذا السياق، طرحت الرابطة تساؤلاً جوهرياً أمام المجتمع الدولي حول جدوى القرارات الدولية إذا لم يتم تنفيذها فور صدورها، داعية إلى اتخاذ خطوات عملية لضمان تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الأمن وإلزام الأطراف المعنية بالامتثال للقانون الدولي.
وأكدت رابطة معونه في ختام الإحاطة أهمية اضطلاع المجتمع الدولي ومؤسسات الأمم المتحدة بمسؤولياتها في حماية المدنيين، والحفاظ على الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي، وضمان احترام قواعد القانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية.

Important Oral Statement at the United Nations by the Representative of the Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration on the Current Developments in the Middle East
Geneva – 12 March 2026
The Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI) participated in the proceedings of the 61st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, currently taking place at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. During today’s session under Agenda Item 3 on the promotion and protection of human rights, Ms. Nora Abdullah delivered an oral statement on behalf of the Association.
In her intervention before the Council, Ms. Nora Abdullah welcomed the resolution adopted yesterday by the United Nations Security Council in New York, which condemned the attacks carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran against several Gulf and Arab countries and called for their immediate cessation. She emphasized that the Association was among the human rights organizations that, since the beginning of these Iranian attacks, called for clear international action to condemn and stop them.
The statement noted that Iran’s continued targeting of civilians, civilian objects, and vital infrastructure constitutes a serious violation of international law and international humanitarian law, and also represents a direct threat to the security of international navigation in the strategic maritime routes of the region.
The Association also expressed its deep concern over the apparent non-compliance by Iran with the recently adopted Security Council resolution, as the attacks and the targeting of civilians in Gulf countries reportedly continued even after the resolution was issued. According to the Association, this behavior represents a clear challenge by Iran to the authority of the Security Council and to international legitimacy.
In this context, the Association raised a fundamental question before the international community regarding the effectiveness of international resolutions if they are not implemented immediately after their adoption, calling for concrete steps to ensure the implementation of Security Council resolutions and to compel all concerned parties to comply with international law.
In concluding the statement, the Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration stressed the importance of the international community and United Nations institutions fulfilling their responsibilities in protecting civilians, preserving regional peace and stability, and ensuring respect for the rules of international law and the decisions of international legitimacy.
The Association continues to participate in the work of the 61st session of the Human Rights Council by following international discussions and delivering statements and interventions that highlight human rights issues in the region and around the world.
