PATTAYA, WE’RE EXPANDING

Honestly, the past few months have been nonstop testing, research, meetings, and trying to figure out:
can this actually scale in real life? 😭

And now we finally feel confident saying:
yes.

The early testing stages went very well.

So we’re officially preparing to expand in Pattaya.

Right now we’re building our first group of local representatives who will work directly with restaurants and hospitality businesses.

The goal is simple:
help businesses improve communication with tourists,
introduce AI menus,
reduce operational stress for staff,
and show restaurants how practical AI systems can actually help in daily operations.

And the most important part:
the onboarding and demo experience for restaurants will be free.

Because right now our priority is not selling hype.

It’s showing businesses that these systems genuinely work in real environments.

And honestly, after testing this inside real horeca businesses, it became very obvious how badly parts of the tourism industry need better digital adaptation for international visitors.

Especially in Pattaya 😭

We’re currently preparing the first 5 positions.

So if you’ve been looking for a way to enter the AI industry, work with real businesses, and be part of something growing very quickly in Thailand… this might be your moment 🤝

WEST TO THAI

We’re officially starting a very exciting new direction in Thailand together with our partners.

The project is called “West to Thai.”

The goal is simple:
make Thailand easier, more comfortable, and more understandable for tourists and expats.

And honestly, the deeper we looked into the tourism market, the more obvious the problem became.

Thailand depends heavily on tourism.

But at the same time, many tourists still experience complete chaos when trying to navigate local businesses, services, restaurants, recommendations, or even basic communication 😭

A lot of the experience still works on:
“they’ll figure it out somehow.”

But modern tourism doesn’t really work like that anymore.

Convenience matters.
Communication matters.
Clarity matters.

That’s why we were chosen to help develop the AI integration side of this project.

And we’re starting with restaurants.

Right now our focus is helping restaurants and local businesses become much easier for tourists to interact with through AI:
menus,
multilingual communication,
recommendation systems,
tourist support,
navigation,
content,
customer interaction systems.

And honestly, the potential here is huge.

Because when tourists feel comfortable, they stay longer, spend more, and recommend places to other people.

Our current goal is to help expand these systems before the next major tourist season begins in November 🤝

THAILAND NEEDS BETTER ENGLISH

Over the past few months we’ve been spending a lot of time studying the tourism and hospitality space in Thailand.

And honestly, one problem kept showing up everywhere.

Language barriers.

Especially inside horeca businesses.

Restaurants, cafes, local service businesses — a huge number of tourists still struggle with very basic communication because many staff members simply don’t feel confident speaking English.

And honestly, this is not about people “not trying hard enough.”

Most staff work incredibly hard.

But when tourists can’t properly ask questions, understand menus, communicate dietary restrictions, or even feel comfortable ordering — businesses lose money every single day.

The more we researched this with our partners, the more obvious it became that AI could actually help solve part of this problem.

Not by replacing people.

But by helping communication happen more smoothly.

AI menus.
Instant translations.
Tourist support systems.
Smarter multilingual communication tools.
Simple navigation for guests.

A lot of things that sounded futuristic a few years ago are now actually practical and affordable to implement.

So this is one of the directions we’re actively working on right now.

Because tourism in Thailand is growing fast.

But parts of the communication experience are still stuck somewhere between Google Translate and “one moment please” 😭

YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS BORING AI

AI is becoming one of those things business owners know they should probably deal with… right after answering 47 unread messages, fixing staff schedules, handling customer complaints, and finally trying to eat lunch at 4PM.

Most small businesses do not actually need “AI innovation.” They need faster replies, less repetitive work, fewer missed leads, and less daily chaos. That’s the part nobody talks about enough.

So we’re opening up a limited number of hands-on AI business assessments through 8PM Team.

Our trainees inside the AI Integration Expert program will work with real businesses to identify where money is leaking, where staff time gets wasted, where customer experience breaks down, and where simple AI systems could realistically help without expensive software or complicated setups.

We’re talking about practical fixes: missed call follow-ups, AI chat replies, booking automation, customer communication, repetitive admin work, review generation, and operational systems that make businesses run smoother behind the scenes.

Not “future AI.” The boring operational stuff that quietly saves hours every week and removes a surprising amount of stress from business owners and staff.

Honestly, some businesses are 2–3 simple automations away from operating much more efficiently — and most owners have no idea because nobody has ever walked through their business and shown them what’s possible in plain English.

This is part of the practical training inside our AI Integration Expert program, where people learn AI by working with real businesses instead of just watching tutorials. We believe AI becomes useful when it solves actual operational problems for normal businesses.

We’re especially looking for salons, wellness businesses, Airbnb hosts, restaurants, childcare services, clinics, coaches, local service businesses, and other small offline businesses.

We work across the US and Thailand in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Thai.

NEW GROUP STARTS IN JUNE

We've been getting a weird amount of messages lately from people asking: "Okay but… when's the next group?" So I guess this is the official answer. We're opening a new AI Integration Specialist group in June.

And honestly, I think a lot of people still misunderstand what this program actually is. This is not one of those "become an AI millionaire in 14 days" things. Nobody here is pretending you need to become a programmer or start some Silicon Valley startup from your kitchen table.

Most of the work is actually much more normal than people think. Businesses are overwhelmed. Messages get missed. Staff burn out. Owners end up answering customers at midnight because nobody has time to keep up with everything. And weirdly enough, a lot of simple AI systems can genuinely help with that. That's what we teach. How to look at a real business, understand where the chaos is happening, and build simple practical solutions around it.

And honestly one of my favorite parts so far has been seeing who joins. A lot of students came in thinking: "I'm not technical enough for this." Meanwhile half of them were already better at understanding operations than people online calling themselves "AI experts." Because after years of dealing with customers, schedules, chaos, office jobs, kids, clients and life in general… people usually know way more than they think.

So yeah. New group starts in June. If you want the details first, leave a comment under this post and we'll message you directly.

REAL OPPORTUNITIES

If I'm being real, this whole thing was never supposed to become one of those "change your life with AI" projects. Honestly that kind of marketing makes me want to throw my phone into the ocean sometimes. Because most people joining us right now are not dreaming about becoming startup founders. They're trying to survive.

Someone's rebuilding after divorce. Someone moved countries and had to start over from zero at 38. Someone spent ten years in an office slowly dying inside under fluorescent lights. Someone hasn't worked in years because life happened and now they're terrified nobody will hire them again. That's the actual energy people arrive with.

And then the internet tells them: "Learn Python." "Build an AI SaaS." "Create seven income streams." Meanwhile some of these women are just trying to breathe again.

That's why we approached this differently. We kept seeing local businesses drowning in tiny operational problems nobody had time to fix. Missed replies. Lost leads. Too much manual work. Owners answering customer messages while standing in grocery store lines. Real normal chaos.

And at the same time we had women asking: "Is there ANY way to enter this industry if I'm not technical?" So eventually those two worlds kind of collided naturally. And honestly, the coolest part is watching somebody slowly realize: wait… I actually can do this. Not perfectly. Not instantly. But enough to start building income and confidence again. That changes people way more than another motivational course ever will.

NOT JUST TECH PEOPLE

One of my favorite moments lately is always the beginning of the group calls. Because every single time somebody joins looking stressed and immediately says: "Just so you know… I'm not from tech." And then somebody else says the same thing. Then another person. Then another.

Meanwhile the call is full of women who spent years handling clients, kids, angry customers, office chaos, immigration paperwork, burnout, five jobs at once and life generally beating the s**t out of them. And honestly that experience turns out to be weirdly useful here. Because businesses right now are not sitting around waiting for some genius developer to descend from heaven with "advanced AI systems."

Half the time the problem is literally: nobody answered messages after 6 PM, the owner forgot to follow up, the staff is overwhelmed, or everything is living inside one exhausted woman's WhatsApp voice notes. That's the real-world side of this industry nobody talks about enough. And women who worked with people for years usually spot this stuff FAST.

One woman from hospitality looked at a business workflow for maybe four minutes and went: "Wait… why are three people manually doing this every day?" Meanwhile half the internet is still making threads called: "Top 17 AI Trends You Need To Know In 2026." I don't know. Maybe life experience matters more than people think. Especially in this kind of work.

OPENING ENROLLMENT TOGETHER

We officially opened enrollment today and honestly the whole thing still feels slightly unreal. Because a year ago this was mostly late-night conversations, messy Google Docs, random voice notes, and us trying to figure out whether normal people could actually enter the AI space without becoming programmers. Turns out… yes.

And the best part so far is seeing who's joining. Not stereotypical tech people. Not startup bros. Not people who have "AI founder" in their Instagram bio. Real women. Women after burnout. Women after divorce. Women rebuilding after immigration. Women trying to start over at 35, 42, 51. Women who spent years thinking: "I missed my chance already."

And then they join the calls sounding nervous as hell. Some literally apologize before asking questions. Meanwhile two weeks later they're already spotting workflow problems inside businesses faster than people who spent three years tweeting about AI trends online. Because this work isn't really about sounding smart. Half the time it's literally noticing: "Why is this owner manually replying to the same question 70 times a week?" That's it. That's the "magic."

And honestly I think a lot of people are going to realize over the next few years that operational thinking matters way more than they expected.

BUILDING THIS TOGETHER

Working with «В жопу офис!» honestly happened in a very non-corporate way. Nobody sat in a fancy boardroom talking about "strategic synergies." It was more like: "Wait… you're seeing the same thing we are?"

Because both sides kept meeting the exact same people over and over again. Women burned out from office jobs. Immigrants trying to rebuild life from zero. People scared of AI but also scared of being left behind by it. Women who kept saying: "I'm probably too late to start something new." That sentence came up constantly. And honestly it pi**ed me off a little every time.

Because meanwhile local businesses everywhere are literally drowning in operational chaos and desperately need help. Not "AI geniuses." Not Silicon Valley founders. Just people who can help organize communication, fix broken workflows, stop messages from disappearing into the void, and make the business feel slightly less insane every day.

And weirdly enough, a lot of women already have those skills without realizing it. Years of handling customers, schedules, children, bosses, emotional chaos, life chaos, immigration chaos… honestly after all that, learning AI tools is sometimes the easier part. So this partnership started feeling very natural. Not like: "let's build a course." More like: "okay… how do we help people actually enter this new world without making them feel stupid first?"

LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PARTNERS

At some point we realized businesses didn't really have an "AI problem." They had a people problem. Like… the tools already exist. There are thousands of them now. Every week another company launches "the future of automation" and everybody online acts like civilization just changed forever. Meanwhile a restaurant owner is still answering customer messages at midnight while eating cold fries in the office. That's the real situation.

And the more businesses we worked with, the more obvious it became that nobody actually needed more hype. Businesses needed people who could walk into messy real-life operations and calmly figure out why everything felt so overwhelming all the time. Why customers weren't getting replies. Why staff looked exhausted. Why everything depended on one person holding the whole thing together through pure stress and caffeine.

And honestly? Those people are hard to find. Because most "AI education" online right now feels either insanely technical or completely detached from reality. Everything is: "build an AI startup", "10x your income", "become the future." Meanwhile most normal people are sitting there thinking: "…okay but can I actually learn this without having a breakdown?"

That's why we started looking for partners who understood people first. Not just AI. Not just business. Actual humans.
