scherisce Lewis-Clinton the Resident Leader since taking office in September of 911 after Mr. Barry lost his wife in the Attack on the World Trade Center. Scherisce Lewis-Clinton who
actually was one of NYCHA's Young Residents Leaders. Lewis-Clinton has done some many things for this development I can begin to name all of them. After, 30 years without a light on Mcclean Avenue Mrs. Lewis- Clinton was able to secure a light there and a speed bump to stop the traffic and the cars from speeding threw there. South Beach Houses with the NYCHA is actually one of the top developments on Staten Island. We have the South Beach Community Center that's run by UAU. The South Beach Houses have its own Laundry Room located on Norway Avenue also being taken care of by the resident Leader Scherisce Lewis-Clinton. Lewis-Clinton is also known for her Family Days, her Mother's Day Brunches, Her Christmas Party's for the Community Center Children, her ability to write Reference Letters for Residents so they can get jobs, and job interviews, her strong leadership with her board members and Building captions. Lewis Clinton has always been that resident leader who goes far and beyond the call of duty for her residents. Her 15 Building 6 story buildings are always maintained by the maintence of South Beach. Its a quiet neighborhood for a development on the East Shore of the Staten Island Verrazano Bridge. Its definitely a place you want to raise your children.
