Compassion Never Rests. 🙏
While winter weather shaped the morning here in Manhattan as more snow covered the city, it didn't stop the mission. Following a 90-plus-year tradition, the St. Francis Breadline was open at 7:00 AM sharp today. On West 31st Street, our friars and volunteers were ready with hot coffee and meals for every guest.

No Storm Is Stronger Than Compassion ❄️ New York City may have been at a standstill this morning under blizzard warnings and travel bans, but the St. Francis Breadline kept its doors open. While the city stayed indoors, our Franciscan brothers and dedicated local volunteers were out on West 31st Street, ensuring that our most vulnerable neighbors are fed.
