We’re proud to announce this year’s Business by the Bay honoree: Frank Wilkinson, proprietor of Rab’s Country Lanes! 🎳✨

For years, Frank has helped make Rab’s more than a Staten Island institution — he’s helped make it a true community gathering place. Under his leadership, Rab’s has become a hub for connection, celebration, and giving back, hosting fundraisers and events that have supported countless local causes and organizations across the borough. Through his work with the Rab Wilkinson Foundation and his longstanding involvement in Staten Island’s business and nonprofit community, Frank has continuously used his platform to uplift others and strengthen the borough he calls home.

Join us as we celebrate Frank’s leadership, generosity, and commitment to Staten Island at Business by the Bay.
