Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

The world is not suffering from a shortage of creative children. It is suffering from systems that fail to discover them.

Millions of children can draw, write, perform, invent and imagine—but many will never be seen.

Not because they lack potential.

Because the opportunity never reaches them.

Legitimate competitions and development programmes frequently have to pass through layered ministry and institutional approvals. Teachers who care are already burdened by workloads, compliance requirements and restrictive communication rules. Sometimes, they cannot even circulate an opportunity that could change a student’s life.

This is not about blaming teachers.

If an opportunity cannot reach the child it was created for, the system has failed that child.

The International Modern Arts Consortium (IMAC) was established in 2017 to change this.

We are not here to organise one more competition, issue another certificate or celebrate talent for a single day.

We are building an international infrastructure through which children’s abilities can be discovered, evaluated, recognised, preserved and continuously developed.

Since 2024, the GREAT and Moxart movement has reached 21 countries and regions:

Australia, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

But international reach means nothing without a system that continues working after the event ends.

A certificate placed in a drawer is not a development system.

A trophy without a continuing record does not preserve the child’s journey.

A competition result should be the beginning—not the end.

That is why the IMAC ecosystem works as one connected structure:

• IMAC creates international opportunities.
• The World Art Bureau strengthens artistic standards and certification.
• The World Talent Council supports multidisciplinary talent recognition.
• The GREAT Ranking System converts verified achievements into cumulative Moxart Points.
• MoxartID preserves those achievements within a lifelong creative identity.
• HGI—Humanity Guidance Intelligence—helps parents and educators recognise developing strengths and guide what should come next.

HGI does not label children, determine their future or replace teachers and parents.

It helps human beings make better guidance decisions using verified evidence.

A Moxart is not simply someone who produces art.

A Moxart combines creativity, discipline, technology and human values across art, literature, performance, science and innovation.

This distinction matters more than ever.

Artificial intelligence has made production faster and more accessible. But when machines can generate images, words and ideas within seconds, producing something is no longer enough.

The greater human advantage is knowing what should be created, why it matters, whom it should serve and what values it represents.

Imagination.
Mastery.
Artistry.
Creativity.

These are not hobbies or extracurricular qualities.

They are essential human capabilities for the AI era—and for every generation that follows.
