Club Treasurer Lion Marcel Robert conducted two Lions projects in collaboration with the Leo Club Koela at two locations in Paramaribo, Suriname.

The first location was the Stichting Betheljada Home, a facility that cares for individuals with multiple disabilities. One of the boys in a wheelchair insisted on being part of the picture, which is why we gladly took a photo with him.

The second location was the Esther Stichting Nursing Home.

Management from both nursing homes were very pleased and thankful for the donations and support provided during the visits.

Dear Grenada, we are pleased to inform you that your supplies have been dispatched. Earlier today, Immediate Past President Lion Erane Quintyn and Lion Cordisha Charles packed and shipped school supplies and personal effects for adults to Grenada. These items will be distributed to the school and nursing home upon arrival in Grenada. We appreciate your hard work and dedication 🤗🦁

On Saturday, April 11th, the Brooklyn Pace Setters and East New York Lions Clubs hosted their Monthly Reading Action Program at Jehu's Table on Linden Boulevard, where children participated in a surprise Easter egg hunt in addition to completing all scheduled indoor activities for the month. Thanks Team for a job well done; the children certainly had a blast🦁🤗🐣🐹💥🌸🦋
