Today we celebrated Ambassador Zoe’s last cookie booth, she’s been in Girl Scouts since Kindergarten! 🍪💚
Congratulations to our troop grads, Zoe and Charis, on their last few months as Ambassador Girl Scouts before bridging to Adult! 💚

Girl Scout Troop 3280 (and special guest, Service Unit Manager Ms. Stacey!) had a girl-led back-to-troop BBQ trip to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Harlem! 🦖
From dinner to dessert, smiles and troop goals were everywhere! 💚
We’re so proud of our Girl Scouts for their pandemic achievements (12 badges, 4 Journeys, Silver and Gold Awards) and thankful for our troop parents for all of their care and support of the Girl Scouts and their ✨ goals ✨.
We’re off to a fun start to the spooky season, with trips to Pumpkin Blaze 🎃 and Six Flags 🎢 on our troop agenda! 👻
💚 Here’s to a fantastic Girl Scout year! 💚 Help us cheer on our Girl Scouts! 📣 🙌 Let’s go! 💚

Last weekend Girl Scout Shelby expanded her love of military history (she’s wrapping up her 🌟 Gold Award 🌟 project that focuses on veterans, stay tuned!) by visiting the historic Green-Wood Cemetery for the Battle of Brooklyn! 🇺🇸
There were so many amazing historical activities to explore, which made for a great trip to visit a new neighborhood in NYC! 😁
Hats off to the 1st Rhode Island Regiment, who shared the history of their regiment! ⚓️ We also couldn’t believe that the battle, in August of 1776, included a staggering 50,000 soldiers! 🇺🇸
The day ended with a walk up Battle Hill to visit the statue of Minerva, who looks out to New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty! 🗽

What’s better than an afternoon in Brooklyn with your best friends?
The Girl Scouts of Girl Scout Troop 3280 lead the way to Industry City (Japan Village specifically) in Brooklyn for an afternoon of lunch, sketching with friend of the troop and artist Lena, and shopping at Daiso!
With so much to see and explore, the Girl Scouts had plenty of inspiration to sketch, have a delicious lunch and dessert, as well as finding treats at Daiso (we found scrapbooking supplies, plushies and so much more!).
What a great adventure, join us and follow as we continue to visit new neighborhoods around NYC and beyond!
We are so proud of our troop- there’s so much talent in this amazing group of Girl Scouts! 💚😁

Girl Scout Troop 3280 started our summer off with a trip from fellow NJ Girl Scout and friend of the troop, Ms. Muriel for the Pinkster celebration at Historic New Bridge Landing!
We started our girl-led trip to the Cheesecake Factory, where we found a bonus classic car show in the parking lot!
After a lovely lunch (with cheesecake for dessert, of course!), we headed over to Historic New Bridge Landing to learn about the Revolutionary War history that took place there!
We had our silhouettes made, played a spirited game of graces, danced around the maypole and enjoyed period music and tours of the historic buildings.
One of our own Gold Award Girl Scouts (she’s wrapping up her project this summer!) even met a Cold War era veteran to interview for her Gold Award project.
Did we mention that all active cookie sellers in our troop are GSGNY Cookie Executives? (All selling over 500+ boxes each!)
We’re so proud of all of the hard work and dedication of our Girl Scouts and parents who always show up to make each trip as fun as possible!
Thank you to Ms. Muriel for the invitation to Pinkster, we had a great time meeting the other Girl Scouts there as well!
Where will our Girl Scouts head next?
