88 keys - one unforgettable evening 🎹✨

We were delighted to host renowned American pianist Kimball Gallagher for a memorable concert, joined by members of the diplomatic community, representatives of the Gambian Government, artists, friends, colleagues, and music lovers.

Beyond the concert stage, Kimball is the founder of 88 International, an initiative that introduces young people to music through after-school music clubs. With support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the programme has established clubs across Senegal 🇸🇳, Tunisia 🇹🇳, Morocco 🇲🇦, and The Gambia 🇬🇲.

A special highlight of the evening was seeing two Gambia88 clubs share the stage with Kimball. Performing their own original songs alongside his Brahms repertoire, the young musicians captivated the audience with their talent, creativity, and energy.⚡

A wonderful evening celebrating the power of music to inspire, connect, and empower.

The 88 International team .gallagher were recently in Morocco to build support for and had a wonderful time meeting with trusted partners and like-minded organizations.

We are grateful to everyone for their time, support, and engagement and we hope to continuously work together to support positive youth development through music.

These days, we have been actively working on launching and conducting the first cohort of alumni leadership trainers across and / Myanmar Infinity

This Training of Trainers brings together alumni who are now stepping into leadership trainer roles, strengthening the next generation of student-led music clubs. Future cohorts will expand even further, bringing together both new and past alumni, so stay tuned ✨
