Are you a recently departed or soon-to-depart fed? Make your voice heard in the Federal Employee Exit Survey!

It is a nonpartisan academic study run by the Accountability and Reform Research Consortium, in partnership with a coalition of organizations, and led by Gary E. Hollibaugh, Jr., Ph.D. The survey, approved by the University of Pittsburgh Institutional Review Board, documents why people are leaving federal service and the potential impacts on government capacity.

It takes about 20 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and your responses are confidential and reported publicly only in aggregate form. No individual responses will be identifiable.

Results will be used in academic research products and policy discussions aimed at strengthening government service.

The Volcker Alliance has launched the Service to Service initiative with our fantastic partner We the Veterans! The Volcker Alliance is excited to announce that we are partnering with Humans of Public Service (HOPS) to showcase and celebrate dynamic and diverse public servants and help rising leaders understand the breadth and importance of career opportunities in government!

Through this partnership, HOPS will expand its spotlights to include students who have had
transformative internships in government and alumni of schools of public service. The two organizations will also explore ways to continue to build the narrative for public service and connect rising leaders to public service careers.
