MWF - Mundije World Federation The MUNDIJE World Federation is the only organization in the world that manages and organizes the activities of the MUNDIJE sport.

MUNDIJE- Mund= to defeat and Dije=the art, the way of defeating
is an ancient martial art, originated from Pelasgians-Illyrians- today called Albanians. MUNDIJE was practiced in the Illyricum peninsula, thousands years before the first Olympic games, held in Athena, 776 B.C

ferent kingdoms in Illyria, thousands of years B.C. This ancient martial art discipline, is very similar to the MMA system. On the ancient times, the fighters were allowed to use their techniques by punching, kicking, using their elbows and knees, throwing, blocking their limbs and fight on the ground until one of them gave up. Attacking on the opponent eyes was not allowed. This was a traditional way of fighting in the entire region where Pelasgian-Illyrians lived. On the first ancient Olympic games, Mundije was part of them in different disciplines, free fighting, and wrestling until 393 A.C.
